Anza Borrego Desert

Since they arent going to post this, I will do it for them. Mom & Lowell went out to the Anza Borrego Desert a couple weeks ago, and did some hiking. Having done a ton of backpacking in the ABD, I am partial and tend to think this is a fantastic area pretty much anytime except the heart of summer. But sprintime is an especially great time to visit this area.

    This bunch of palm trees seems indeed so improbable and artificial like in Vegas or in Dubai airport. Lacks a camel alongside Sheherazade (that's my "cousine préférée" of course !)
